Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Base Blu shipping box, ensuring the return invoice is included inside.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the pre-paid DHL or UPS return label provided with your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

Drop Off or Collection

Schedule a complimentary courier pickup through our website or drop off your package at any authorized shipping point to complete the return process.
